New bill looks to save U.S. Postal Service from going broke

Seeking to avoid postal Armageddon, a new Congressional bill called the 21st Century Postal Service Act of 2011 has been conceived to help marketers to stay on schedule with their direct mail efforts. However, should this or a similar bill not get passed, the ramifications could be dire for luxury marketers that depend on mail and catalogs as a source of consumer engagement.
