U.S. beauty group Coty is expanding the use of artificial intelligence.

Today, company leaders announced a new partnership with American artificial intelligence company OpenAI for the employment of ChatGPT Enterprise tools across some sectors of the organization. In the initial rollout, select teams will gain access to secure AI tools with the capability to scale in the future.

“This collaboration enables Coty teams to securely use OpenAI’s leading, enterprise-grade AI capabilities in line with Coty’s expectations for privacy, quality and performance,” said Jerome Auvinet, chief information, digital innovation and business services officer of Coty, in a statement.

“It helps our teams work more efficiently and focus on higher-value contributions.”

Tech forward
ChatGPT Enterprise now provides Coty employees with access to “capable models” in a private and secure environment.

Through the implementation of ChatGPT Enterprise’s tools, Coty looks to support the daily workload of employees while encouraging interdepartmental collaboration.

The generative tools will enable greater efficiency, allowing employees to devote more brain space to creative and strategic brainstorming.

Deploying a mix of training, workshops and leadership engagement, Coty’s partnership with OpenAI aligns with its commitment to artificial intelligence and skill development.
