Global hospitality brand Four Seasons is accelerating launches across select global markets this year, with approximately 60 projects in development.
The company is celebrating its 65th anniversary, using the milestone to share more details about its pipeline. Expanding its luxury hotel and residential portfolio in key cities and growing its experiential divisions, including Four Seasons Yachts and the Four Seasons Private Jet Experience, are both on the agenda for 2025.
“This milestone year marks both a proud legacy and a clear path forward,” said Alejandro Reynal, president and CEO of Four Seasons, in a statement.
“Our strength comes from staying true to our values – service excellence and genuine care – while growing intentionally and innovating with purpose,” Mr. Reynal said. “That balance is what will continue to guide Four Seasons for decades to come.”

New Four Seasons hotel openings are currently planned for locales across the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, including Santa Barbara, California and Mykonos, Greece, as well as Venice.
Among the dozens of projects currently in development are the brand’s return to Berlin and Brazil, and entries into the Vietnamese capital.
Multi-property itineraries, such as those recently launched across Bali, Spain and Mexico (see story), also remain a point of emphasis, with more slated to arrive in the coming months.

The Four Seasons Private Jet Experience will expand its route network to new destinations this year, while the Four Seasons I sets sail in 2026.
Meanwhile, 65 percent of the company’s pipeline consists of long-term stays. Soon, Four Seasons Residences will debut in Las Vegas, Miami, Istanbul, Puerto Rico, Mumbai and Washington, with expansions of existing properties in Orlando, Naples, Colombia and across Saudi Arabia.
“Personalized service, delivered with warmth and authenticity, is our most enduring advantage,” said Mr. Reynal, in a statement.
“Our deeply embedded culture has enabled Four Seasons to expand, evolve and inspire guests across generations,” he said. “As we look ahead, we remain focused on growing with intention, protecting what makes Four Seasons special, while continuing to introduce exceptional products and experiences that elevate the moments we create for our employees, guests, residents and partners.”
