Raffles is turning its headlining “The Butler Did It” brand campaign into a ready-to-wear and lifestyle collection that includes luggage. Available through March 10, the pieces will be offered exclusively at select Printemps locations.
“Through ‘The Butler Did It Collection’, we are thrilled to give guests the opportunity to enjoy Raffles outside of our hotels,” said Claudia Kozma Kaplan, chief brand officer at Raffles Hotels & Resorts, in a statement.
“Designed to reflect the effortless glamour and sense of ease that define a stay with us, the collection plays with color, texture and our signature palm motif, capturing the same sense of whimsy, surprise and care that sits at the heart of the Raffles experience.”
Luxury touch
Developed by German stylist Jessica Diehl, The Butler Did It Collection features items crafted in partnership with British luggage brand Globe-Trotter, Italian linens label Frette and French silversmith Christofle.
The line features pajamas, t-shirts, polos, cashmere jumpers, velvet smoking jackets, custom Frette velvet slippers, bucket hats and cashmere baseball caps.
Globe-Trotter has created a bespoke green suitcase showcasing Raffles’ signature palm print, while Christofle offers a coffee cup with the hotelier’s branding.
The Butler Did It Collection is now available at Printemps stores in New York and Paris, and select items are available online.

The release previews a permanent Raffles lifestyle selection debuting fall 2026 alongside the launch of a dedicated online retail platform.
“We are delighted to debut ‘The Butler Did It Collection from Raffles,’” said Thierry Prevost, CEO of Printemps America, in a statement.
“Much like Printemps, Raffles is synonymous with excellence in both service and style,” Mr. Prevost said. “We are proud to be the exclusive home of this collection and to celebrate a shared appreciation for craftsmanship, creativity, and modern luxury.”
