Rémy Cointreau, the French cognac maker, is looking to revive its most expensive brand by launching temporary “pop-up” stores in US cities, where it will attempt to “educate” Americans on the merits of buying a $2,300 bottle of its luxury spirit, Louis XIII, according to the Financial Times.
