Triggered email click-throughs 122pc higher than business as usual: Epsilon

Triggered emails saw click-through rates 122.1 percent higher than business-as-usual emails last quarter, and since 59 percent of new email subscribers are unengaged by marketers, triggered email seems like a good way to reach them, according to research from Epsilon and the Direct Marketing Association.
