The Swiss conglomerate is divesting the specialist watchmaker to the family-run Italian global luxury group as part of a private deal expected to close this summer.

The brand, which currently has two properties in Italy with three more in the pipeline, is the first addition to the hotel group’s portfolio to focus exclusively on holistic hospitality.
The online retail platform’s curated guide, which points to what tastemakers are listing and sourcing on the digital marketplace, will expand into an in-person market event in New York this April.
