Boucheron sees 50pc Web site traffic increase with augmented reality

boucheron-185LONDON – French fine jewelry and watchmaker Boucheron incorporated online and offline augmented reality into its marketing strategy and saw a 50 percent increase in Web site traffic.

The brand is allowing consumers to virtually try on branded watches, glasses and rings online and in its stores. The foot traffic to bricks-and-mortar is not clear, but the online visiting rates have been outstanding.
